Create a call pyramid. It’s building your business empire. That is to try to envision a triangle and the triangle meaning that on the bottom triangle let’s say you have 5 bricks. Each one of those bricks is a business owner that can help you take your business to the next level. Figure out what that is and then create a plan then meet those at least once a week and do a one-on-one with that person. Find out how they can help you build your business. Before you know it you’ve got your business empire team. Without realizing you’ve met so many people that have helped you in beyond imagination ways and you’re now referring other people to them because they’ve helped you grow.
