Take your hands behind your back and interlace your fingers together. And then we’re going just arch back. To even the stretch, pull your hands towards the ground. What I loved about this is that you’re abs, pecks and your arms all at the same time. So it’s multi tasking while you’re stretching. You can do that 2 or 3 times a day be it standing or sitting.
This is a good stretch to if you’re feeling tensed, it will help you relax before you go into a networking event or maybe you’re a little nervous and after you do this stretch again.
